I used them yesterday and they will be my only carpet and floor service going forward. Kyle did an incredible job and my house looks new again. I have a very old dog who was sick on new carpet in my bedroom. They came out same day and he was able to do all of my house and area rugs. Kyle is very personable and professional. It is clear he has a passion for his company and won't treat you like a transaction like Stanley Steemer or other places. The equipment they use I could tell is top notch and they take care of your home. They did an incredible job and I can't recommend them enough. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. ZeroRez did an absolutely amazing job at our house today! We had three rooms that really needed some serious attention—lots of stains, lingering dog urine spots, and general odors we couldn’t get rid of ourselves. Kyle worked absolute magic! When he was done, the carpets looked and smelled fresh and clean. On top of the great results, Kyle’s communication was excellent from start to finish. He let us know when he was on the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were happy with the work before he left. I couldn’t be happier with the service and results. Just had my carpets professionally cleaned by Kyle, and I couldn’t be more impressed! He’s not only incredibly professional and courteous, but he also did an outstanding job—far beyond my expectations. Bought my first home and wanted all of the rooms carpet to be cleaned. From the phone call to get the quote and set everything up, to having them call me before they showed up to let me know they were on the way, to the exceptional service and professionalism of the man who came to clean our carpets, all I can say is everything went perfectly and I’m so happy to see the carpet look so amazing. Definitely will use again and would recommend. The biggest thing for me was that I could leave a complete stranger in my home to clean the carpets while I was out running errands and he locked up the house and everything!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would! First, Anna in the office was kind and helpful. Then our technician Kyle was top of his game. Our floors have never looked better, our carpet smells fresh and looks as good as new. He was efficient, thorough, professional, and all around awesome. He didn't miss a stain or a corner. He got every closet, bathroom, and even behind the refrigerator. We previously had the carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer and it was a joke compared to the service we got from ZeroRez. Plus, we got a military discount, and there were no hidden fees. We paid what we expected to pay. You could not do better than the folks at SATX ZeroRez! ~ Sara S

If you are on the lookout for a good carpet/upholstery cleaner I HIGHLY recommend Zerorez. I have used other known companies before but was never truly satisfied with them. I decided on trying out Zerorez because they were highly rated and family owned. They scheduled me right away and were punctual in their arrival. What impressed me the most though was that they use their own water which reaches 220-250 degrees Fahrenheit. They also use an “alkalized water solution that cleans your home better than soaps and detergents can, all while leaving Zero Residue® behind.” Drying time was also faster. I have used Zerorez for over a year now. We have our carpets cleaned at least every quarter. Pets and kids. Everyone I have dealt with is kind, courteous, and professional. From setting the appointment; which I have almost always received my preferred time frame; to the on site staff, I have always been pleased and impressed. I have had the pleasure of having Dante as my in home technician on several occasions. He, as well as the others have been timely, thorough, and efficient. Not only do my carpets look amazing, their stain and odor removal has been top notch. I highly recommend them. This was a very good experience for me. Haven’t had my upholstery professionally cleaned so I felt like I was taking a risk on quality. This company did not disappoint. My appointment was originally scheduled for 3p but I received a text from Dante telling me he could come earlier. Do to some work conflicts it wasn’t as convenient for him but he stayed in contact with me and made it all about my convenience. My couch is now clean and even treated with a protectant. He was kind and professional, and explained in detail what service he was providing. This is definitely a company I will use again and recommend to my friends and family. ~ Dani W

We were quoted almost $1,400 with another carpet cleaning company. But we were SO glad we went with Zerorez, with their special, it ended up being around $500 for the same job! I love how Kyle walked us through our carpet with a black light to show any stains & pet urine! It was pretty gross but reassuring to know he was being thorough. Highly recommend this company, Kyle is friendly, professional and trustworthy!! I appreciated his patience & respect with my toddler has well. I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a lot of unique rugs and upholstery that other companies were nervous to even clean. Zerorez came out to my house in Seguin and tested the fibers and used chemical free products to clean it all and it turned out amazing! They even used your proprietary sealant on them after. They also cleaned all my carpet and removed all the smell and pet stains completely. Was very easy to book online and their customer service was great over the phone to answer all my questions and confirm my appointment. They cover a large area of texas so I would definitely give them a try! ~ Casper G

Kyle arrived right on time after I was home from work and he arrived very professional and respectful, shook my hand introduced himself explained everything that he was planning to do on all my carpets. He vacuumed 1st then proceeded to steam clean my very old carpets that now look brand new. I liked that he blocked off with the orange blocks the areas the huge hose was going through so my walls wouldn’t get bumped. What I liked was he used his own electricity from his van. Everything was connected to his Van and that meant alot to me and the price was affordable and I got a senior citizen discount and discount for working for government. Kyle was so honest and personable and I will definitely have him return. Anna the customer service rep was so kind to me that we carried on a great conversation as well also with Kyle. Best company ever and I’m not easily convinced all the time. You can’t go wrong with this company. ~ Gloria E

Very pleased with results. While I use a Bissell to clean myself, this is the first time in 20 years in this home that we have had a professional cleaning. We have dogs and had several very bad stains. He did have to pretreat those, but you cannot tell we have pets. Amazing results. At future point I will have them do the very deep cleaning thru pad to remove all evidence of pet urine, but this is incredible. Price was good, and while policy does not allow moving furniture, they did help with some simple moving due to a medical condition I have. Very responsive. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend. 👍 ~ John E

The lady that made my appointment over the phone was very friendly and answered my many, many questions with ease. The technician, Joray, was communicative and professional. He even notified me he was running early and could come by sooner, really appreciated that! I first used this company to clean my carpet before moving into my newly purchased home 2 years ago. The guy did a good job, and I was satisfied with the service and the price. I hired them again to clean all my carpet in mid-September. This time was even better. Jesus walked all of the carpet with a UV blacklight and found some pet stain areas that I was not aware of which needed extra treatment (the first time the guy did not do this). I was extremely pleased with the job done, and Jesus was wonderful! He was so friendly and helpful. Two days later my dog peed on the carpet in the master bedroom and my own carpet steamer was at the repair shop so I couldn't fully clean up the mess myself. I called the company and Jesus came back to do my bedroom that day! I was so impressed and happy to get it cleaned again so quickly. I highly recommend this company! This was the first time I used Zerorez and was quite pleased. I like their proprietary method of cleaning and the notifications I received to remind me of the appointment! The technician, Dante, was on time, respectful of my home, explained everything he was going to do, and was ultra polite! I thought I had two pet urine stains, but with his blue light, we discovered several more…Yuck!!! Everything looks great now, the process was quick and simple, and there was no mess left behind. Dante was on time, walked with me through the area to be cleaned and help me figure out what really needed to be done to get the results I wanted. He had suggestions, but didn’t try to upsell me automatically. He said we could add more if we needed to after he got started. I found this to be not only professional but very helpful. I decided to move on from Stanley steamer due to my last negative experience I had with them. After some research and based on their exemplary reviews Zerorez seemed to be the best fit. Kyle was fantastic! He explained his pricing up front as well as how he was going to tackle the urine smells in my carpet and some stubborn stains. Kyle was very professional, understood our needs and did an excellent job of cleaning carpet steps, bedroom, closet and stairs. He performed his job in a timely manner and we enjoyed conversing with him about the Pacific Northwest and San Antonio. Have used the carpet cleaning company for past 4-5 years and think the product cleans my carpet very well. The carpet dries quickly even with pet deep cleaning. I highly recommend this organization. I reached out initially on FB and Nicole was so prompt and professional in quickly responding. They followed up several times prior to my appointment too. My tile, carpet and area rug came out beautiful! We have a large black dog and they made my grout white again and got out the majority of dog dirt and all the urine stains. I’m blown away by how fabulous our carpet looks!! My husband closed my eyes and showed me the carpet and he as well was impressed. My carpets have stains that were removed that other carpets companies couldn’t remove!! My carpets look new again!! It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. Jesus my technician was very knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed how he thoroughly educated me on rugs and was so friendly. Highly recommend this company. Scheduling was a breeze. I got tons of updates and got a phone call. 45 minutes before arrival.
